The Deerwood Building is a new residential building on the Sharon Towers campus in the heart of SouthPark. Sharon Towers, founded in the 1960s, is a wooded campus of 28 acres. Sharon Towers is undergoing an expansion and enhancement of the campus. The landscape of the Deerwood is ever changing with an array of plants that provide welcome, structure, buffering, shade, and delight. The South Terrace Rooftop Garden, inspired by the pastoral history of the area, provides residents a four-season dynamic landscape of colors and textures. Project Team: Architecture: shook kelley.
