Laurel Holtzapple is the Chair of the Cotswold Elementary School Beautification Committee for School Year 2009-2010. The Committee’s goals are, in addition to aesthetics, to create outdoor learning laboratories for students, a sustainable campus, high quality design standards, a play field and habitat for wildlife.
